Many of my clients come in thinking that therapy is going to be a lifelong process. However, a more accurate representation is that most of my clients experience relief within 6-8 sessions. Clients typically start off weekly to build and maintain habit formation.

Yes—sessions are online (telehealth) for adults in Florida and North Carolina.

No. We don’t force anything. We focus on helping your body and mind feel safe, and we only go as deep as feels right for you.

Yes. That’s my specialty. Many clients come in with shame, self-doubt, estrangement from one or both parents, difficulty forming friendships, and patterns like people-pleasing or shutting down.

If it still hurts—or keeps showing up in your life—it matters. You don’t need a certain label to get support.

I currently focus on individual therapy for adults.

I’m an out of network provider and can provide a superbill if you’d like to request out-of-network reimbursement from your plan. You’ll want to call the back of your card to get this information.

Yes—limited sliding-scale spots are available based on financial need. Please ask about current availability.

Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are typically billed at the full fee. If something urgent happens, let me know—we’ll talk.

Yes. All identities are welcome here. I approach therapy with cultural humility and affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients, clients of color, and anyone who has felt like a “misfit” in their family, culture, or workplace

Yes they are recurring assignments that go along with the work we do in session.

Yes, with a few legal exceptions for safety (like risk of harm to yourself or others, abuse of a vulnerable person, or a court order). We’ll review these limits clearly before we begin.

Due to regulatory restrictions, I can only provide therapy to clients located in FL or NC at the time of session.
